Reflection!

I have been enjoying my time as an intern at Ascend Sunset Warriors, I have develop new skills as a leader. Even though sometimes I feel challenged I get through it by asking my leaders

NURSING!

I want to be a register nurse.

In order to become a nurse I need to meet education requirements, and pass a criminal background check. I plan to attend Chico state and plan to pay it with scholarship money.

Conflict Management

Today we learned about how to deal with conflict when we need to face it. We had three experts to talk to us about what we do when we're stuck in the between the conflict, they told us the worst and best answers. We also played out a scenario where we had a conflict with a little girl that didn't want to do her homework. From that scenario we learned that patience is really needed to solve conflicts.

Interns Meeting

At the Interns meeting today, we learned how to do BLOGS! One of our instructors, Evan Hastings, taught us how to create blogs and how to update them. We also learned how blogs would help us, and how other people will be able to see the type of work I do. I will be using this blog to demonstrate the work I do at Ascend Sunset Warriors.
